ASCON authorizes purchase of KOMPAS Educational Software Licenses at discounted price only for Registered Educational Institutions (including Schools, Colleges, Vocational Schools, Universities, Training Centers) and students of above-mentioned Institutions. Any Institution or person purchasing Educational Licenses agrees with following:

• KOMPAS Software Licenses to be used only for educational non-commercial projects;
  Commercial use of the solution by students or teachers is not allowed;
• KOMPAS Licenses to be installed only at Educational Institution or for student's home usage. Institution or person can not transfer of Educational Licenses to commercial enterprises or other third-parties;
• Student license will be activated only on the period of studying upon presenting the scanned copy of Student ID;
• Participating Institutions or persons allow ASCON to use their name at ASCON public relations and marketing materials. Institutions and students are agree to help ASCON with arranging the case-studies of their usage the product and provide feed back on further product development. Otherwise Institutions or persons should clearly notify ASCON about confidential or proprietary form of such information;
• ASCON may accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. ASCON reserve the right to terminate the order in the event of Educational License unauthorized usage.
• The current offers for KOMPAS Educational Licenses are available only for Educational Institutions and students outside Russian Federation and CIS countries.

KOMPAS-3D is a trademark of ASCON in Russia and other countries. All other company names or product names may be the trademark of their respective owners.
